The owners, Ron and Vicci, had previous serving and repo experience before starting this business. Vicci lost her brother Ron to cancer and wants to acknowledge that without him there would never have been a Quality Process Serving. While persevering without him Vicci grew their business through 'word of mouth' until recently when she joined NAPPS and ServeNow. She is now serving 10 times the papers that they started with. With integrity and know how the words that often describe Vicci are Awesome and Pitbull. She gets the job done efficiently and once she sinks her teeth in, no one gets away. She has 24 years serving experience. Also making headlines is Kristeen Martin who joined Quality Process Serving with 24 years office and serving experience. Formerly with Cleveland PS.
