Opened in 2007 across the street from the current location. The building was destroyed in a fire and then reopened at the current location. Family owned and operated since the beginning.

Pablo's used to be the "go to place" in Sapulpa. The last few months, I've noticed the quality of service going down hill. I opt out and go somewhere else.

Got 2 beef enchiladas, very soggy very stomach aching, rice was bland. Queso was good, and chips were fresh, and so was the salsa. Service was okay. The waitress was kinda rude.
