Five generations and one hundred years later, our business is still owned and operated by the Schwab family.

Specialties

Schwab Meat Company produces high-end meat products for retail and wholesale use. Our products are hickory smoked for hours on end using old world recipes brought from Germany in 1911 by the companies founder, George Peter Schwab.
