Backyard after it rains a day or so before we closed.

That is a "fix" in the master bath baseboard.

The kickboard didn't meet. This is thier final solution.

Closing day- Construction dust random materials, windows never cleaned. Carpet had to be cleaned. Microwave was filthy.
