Payne County Youth Services, also known as PCYS, is a private, nonprofit organization. It provides a range of counseling, prevention, diversion, crisis intervention, parent education, emergency sheltering and substance abuse treatment services for youths between the ages of 12 and 18. The organization also serves their families in Payne and Pawnee counties in Oklahoma. Established in 1972, Payne County Youth Services has a staff of more than 22 individuals. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities. In addition, the organization offers the Jumpstart WIA program. Payne County Youth Services provides various volunteer opportunities. It also offers school-based solutions.
