Since 1949, the Oklahoma League for the Blind has facilitated independence and improved the quality of life of people who are blind or vision impaired. The company has touched the lives of thousands of Oklahomans through employment and training programs, rehabilitation services, education programs, youth services and community outreach. OLB is a qualified 501(c)(3) private nonprofit organization that provides employment for more than 100 people who are blind. Programs offered by the company serve thousands of people each year. The organization generates 98 percent of its income through its own enterprise by supplying contracted goods and services to government organizations and local businesses, manufacturing and wholesaling a diverse line of products for commercial and residential use and performing specialized services to major companies and organizations.
