We are a community partner with a simple mission- to provide quality affordable health care to everyone .We are federally supported by Health and Human Resources Administration and part of the Federally Qualified Health Center program. As such, we are able to fulfill our mission and continue our vision to advance the standards for a healthy life in the communities we serve.
