History
Lincoln County On-Stage, Inc. is a community theater headquartered in Chandler, Oklahoma. It was founded by a small group of theater enthusiasts who wanted to bring the magic of live theater to rural Oklahoma. For the first three years, LCOS had no permanent home. Rehearsals and performances were conducted in churches, schools, homes, businesses and parks. In 1984, LCOS purchased and completely renovated the second story of the Crane Motor Company building in Downtown Chandler. Throughout the extensive renovations of the building, businesses and individuals donated money, goods and services. This was truly a community project.
