Established in 1981, Northwest Elementary School is a learning center that provides academic instruction to students in kindergarten through grade four. It offers various student activities, such as speech, special education, counseling, reading recovery, library and enrichment program. Northwest Elementary School organizes various sports activities, including cross country, basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, wrestling, and track and field. The school offers academic education in science, English, geography, technology education, language arts, reading, grammar, and health and physical education. It has a parent-teacher organization that works to foster close relations between home and school and welcome parents to attend meetings and participate in its varied activities.
