History
My artwork is influenced by the faux finish world, which I got involved in from working around my mother after highschool. When I was first introduced to the faux finish world we mainly did glazed and basic tone on tone rub throughs. Over time we came across a faux finishing company with a product line that changed how we looked and percieved the business all together. Taking the product line and the concepts learned from the product line, my mother and brother started to mold an art form from utilizing the products we were shown from them. I had worked with the products and had become very familiar with the way they worked and reacted to different methods. After many years of experimenting I started to try my hand at art. I enjoy trying to acheive abstracts looks from the metallics and multiple textured products that I have learned over the years. It is also very interesting how these products react to controlled substances and varying products at my disposal.
