El Pueblo started in August 2003 on the east side of Pauls Valley and since then we have relocated to the west side of Pauls Valley near Hwy 35. It is a family owned business with a great family environment.

This is my favorite Mexican place in town. They have a non battered Chile Riano that is to die for. Love their white queso and salsa. And they have my fiancé's favorite fajitas!
