Bolted into foundation and epoxy to withstand EF5 tornadoes. Safer than bathroom tub or closet and easier access for us as we grow older.

Five locks also add another layer of safety.

Outside door is thick and well constructed with ventilation on bottom and window above.

Plenty of space for my husband and I; we also have enough room for Birdie, our little fur baby and couple of others.

Love having a window and the door opens inside. They placed our door on the side as we requested.
