The room was plain but it was clean and comfy. We stayed one night for a wedding, and the staff was so kind. They even called us just after check out when they found our 4 year old's favorite bear...

The rooms are way overpriced. I stayed in a hotel near downtown Chicago for less than this roach motel. The room had crickets and a huge spider in addition to dead bugs and trash in the bathroom...
