HistoryCStar Property Management recently took over Cedar Oaks in Feburary of 2013. Since then we have installed new windows to every apartment, added a beautiful two-tone paint and new faux wood plank flooring as well. In many cases we have added new appliances and fixtures to the apartment as well. Prior to CStar operating the complex, Matt Goodwin was the sole property manager. He also managed several duplexes throughout Stillwater through this very same office. Now the duplexes are managed through the CStar home office.
