I thought this location would be nice since it's brand new but I was wrong. I ordered through the app and picked up through the DIW. My food wasn't hot and my salad had a bunch of rotten leaves in...

The service is terrible. They move slow and have issues with customers often. The food is never the right temperature, nor prepared right. It needs a whole new crew! It's also very unclean in there.

No one in line. We ordered a fish sandwich, baked potato, and French fries. We get home and no fries. The guy could barely speak on the phone. Just lazy.

Out of condiments at lunch time. Par for the course any more. Napkins, ketchup pump, etc.

Used the drive thru window Mercedes has a bad attitude if you ask questions she'll ignore ya I always get cold fries from here and my nuggets aren't so hot I do however love the smoothies I think...
