Prairie Farms Dairy subsidiaries include Ice Cream Specialties, a manufacturer and distributor of all types of frozen treats; and PFD Supply, a primary one-stop distributor of products to fast food outlets. Prairie Farms, founded in 1938, maintains operations in Fort Wayne, Ind.
