About Jim Venditti Photo Inc 1947-2007 Jim Venditti who passed away in 2004 was a graduate of Bedford High School in 1941. He joined the navy a year later and was sent to the Naval School of Photography in Pensacola, FL where his career in photography began. He then went to head a camera tema in Trinidad, B.W.I. In 1947, after an honorable discharge, Jim founded Venditti Studio in downtown Bedford, specializing in diversified for business, industry, and schools. In 1959 the studio moved to a larger quarters at the present location. Jim was a Certified Professional Photographer ( CPP ) and a recipient of many state and national awards for excellence. He was a member of Board of Directors at the Ohio Institute of Photography in Dayton and a past president of the rotary club. Besides being a photographer Jim enjoyed spending time with his two daughters, Debbie a partner in the business, and Cindy, a registered nurse practitioner who is married and lives in Denver CO. Venditti Studio is dedicated to quality and the pursuit of excellence where the customer is special and always comes first. This year the studio celebrates over 50 years in Bedford.
