I have been working in the mortgage industry for the past twenty years. My focus is on helping new homebuyers realize the American dream of homeownership. Many of my clients have told me that when they applied for mortgages at other establishments, they were simply informed that no product was available to them but no one took the time to explain what they needed to do so that one day they could realize their dream of homeownership. I have put on several seminars with the aid of the Hispanic Advocacy Committee in Spanish to assist minorities on the road to home ownership.
