Union Cemetery in Steubenville, OH is the largest cemetery in Jefferson County and is listed on the National Register. It is a beautiful destination to visit, particularly during the spring and fall seasons. However, the cemetery faces challenges as many early burials and re-interments from former pioneer cemeteries remain unrecorded, and some were placed in mass burial locations.
