State Library of Ohio, established in 1817, offers a variety of educational and recreational resources. It provides resources in several areas, including science, law, literature, music, sports, history, geography, technology and medicine. The library offers resources in the form of books, magazines, pamphlets, videocassettes, CD s and DVD s. State Library of Ohio also provides a range of maps, journals, manuscripts, photographs and directories. Additionally, the library provides recorded books, magazines and playback equipment to visually impaired and physically handicapped individuals. It also offers grant management, cataloging and continuing education assistance services to regional state libraries. The library is located in Columbus, Ohio.
