La Ronde Apartments have been managed by Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authorities since 1968. This community offer efficiencies and one-bedroom suites based on income. Apartments are available to seniors age 62 and older, although seniors from 50 to 61 may apply to be considered. CMHA was started in 1930 by Ernest Bohn, a Cleveland councilman. This created the first public housing authority in Ohio. Conveniently located near RTA's green and blue line, shopping and dining, La Ronde Apartments are also easily accessible to downtown Cleveland and local hospitals.
