In operation since 1929 and still family-owned, Carle's Bratwurst is the last of Bucyrus' original bratwurst makers. Our original links are made from the highest quality ingredients, produced in small batches, and twisted by hand. We're famous for our bratwurst, but we're more than that! We have a full butcher counter, deli, fine imported foods, and famous Hot Deli perfect for lunch or dinner.
