The Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel is located on South Taylor Road in Cleveland Heights, just across the street from Cain Park. The chapel is part of the Dignity Memorial Provider Network, which is comprised of more than 1,600 licensed providers that offer a variety of services including bereavement travel services and a 24-hour compassion helpline. There is a large parking lot on the side and behind the building.
