Opportunity Foundation is a nonprofit organization that offers support to people with disabilities. It employs more than 130 people and serves over 70 people in the counties of Williams, McKenzie and Divide in North Dakota. Established in 1983, the organization is accredited by The Accreditation Council on Services for People with Developmental Disabilities. It also contract with the developmental disabilities division of the North Dakota Department for Human Service. Its residential support includes intermediate care homes, transitional care living and individualized supported living arrangement. Its work support provides opportunity for work in the community at various locations. Located in Williston, N.D., the organization also operates stores, such as The Wise Penny Thrift Store, OSOM Carwash, Community Recycling Center, Grounds Crew and the Over the Rainbow Daycare.
