Dakota Agronomy Partners was formed from the merger of three cooperatives along with Cenex of Minot and SunPrairie Grain in 1999. Since then, it has expanded its services and operations in Minot, Glenburn, Velva, Ryder and Washburn, N.D. Dakota Agronomy Partners offers a line of agronomy products, such as fertilizers and chemicals, and custom applications which range from soil testing and crop consulting to delivery of farm machinery. Its staff includes more than 20 members, including certified crop consultants. Cenex of Minot and SunPrairie Grain each own 50-percent of Dakota Agronomy Partners.
