West Wilkes High School, located in Millers Creek, N.C., offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. More than 650 students study in the school. The institution offers subjects, such as English, American history, mathematics, social studies, science, computer, business, technology, foreign language, health and physical education, music, and art. The school provides a number of sports activities, including baseball, softball, football, volleyball, basketball, athletics, and soccer.
