The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services is a unit of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, which operates through health, finance, transportation, justice and administration divisions. Located in Charlotte, N.C., the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services offers rehabilitation engineering and college and vocational education-related services.
