The Vision Resource Center (VRC) has been serving visually impaired and blind individuals in the Cape Fear region since 1939. As one of the first four agencies of the United Way of Cumberland County, the VRC offers a range of services and programs to enhance the quality of life for those with visual impairments.
With a dedicated Board of Directors and an experienced Executive Director, the VRC is committed to advocating for and supporting the blind and visually impaired community. Through their new Center for the Blind, located in Fayetteville, NC, the VRC strives to create meaningful life experiences and provide a voice for those with little or no sight.
