The Children s Developmental Services Agency, also known as CDSA, serves the residents of Alamance, Caswell, Guilford, Randolph and Rockingham areas in North Carolina. It offers a range of developmental services for children. The agency administers the Infant-Toddler Program, which includes early intervention services for children ages birth to three who have special needs. The Children s Developmental Services Agency is governed by the Women's and Children's Health Division, which provides physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as organizes several recreational activities. The division is managed by the Department of Health and Human Services, which is governed by the State of North Carolina.
