The James Iredell House is a North Carolina State Historic Site and was built in 1800/1827. The property of James Iredell, Sr. (one of the first members of the Supreme Court of the United States), and his wife Hannah Johnston, this house is open for guided docent tours and is managed by the Historic Edenton State Historic Site Visitor's Center on 108 N.
