For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a doctor. I always loved both math and science in school, so studying medicine was a logical fit. When I learned more about the ways the ears, nose and throat work together, it fascinated me and led me to choosing otolaryngology as my specialty. \n With every patient I see, I strive to work with them to understand and address their concerns. I start by listening to their issues, understanding their current health and answering any questions they have. Then, I give treatment choices; I see my role as guiding patients to the best treatment plan for them, not dictating what treatment plan they should choose. \n Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife. Together, we have four sons. I love relaxing at the coast whenever I get a chance, and gardening in my own yard is a hobby I pursue whenever I do not have time to get away.
