This has got to be the nicest small RV Park we've ever stayed. Amenities you don't see at the large crowded parks. Catch and release bass and brim pond fishing. Trout fishing from the creek....

Didn't stay at the campground but did go to their trout pond with my family to fish. We had a marvelous time. My kids range in ages of 2&1/2 to 16 years old and they had a ball fishing.

HistoryPersimmon Creek Campground officially opened on June 26, 2009. . We have done all the work ourselves, including building all the picnic tables from our own sawmill lumber! The intention is to grow slowly, up to a certain point, and never to grow too large. We want to always be able to handle the business ourselves, know who our customers are, and treat them like family.SpecialtiesWe are a family owned campground in the mountains of NC, near the Ocoee River in TN. We are open year round for RV's and seasonally for tenters. We have HOT showers and free WiFi, as well as selling firewood and free range eggs. A beautiful trout stream runs through our campground, and we have a catch and release pond , as well. Motorcycle and pet friendly.. Nearby attractions are whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, fishing, ziplining, flea markets and more. Easy access off Hwy. 64.
