Paradise offers traditional Indian Soul Food in authentic style. Our executive Chef and his team have meticulously crafted an array of native specialties and delicacies to pamper your senses. Every dish gets attention beyond imagination, we use fresh produce, native spices and select cuts of meat to deliver uncompromised quality in taste, texture, and smell. Our flag ship product is Nawabi style Dum Kachi Biryani (rice slow cooked over meat and spices for several hours, served in layers). We offer flavors such as Chicken, Vegetable, Egg and Goat Biryanis. We also specialize in exotic but traditional native food. Some noticeable dishes include Snow Crab Masala & Quail - 65 (introduced for the first time in RDU), Goat Liver Pepper fry & Lamb Kidney Katakat (an authentic delicacy in southern India), Kothu Parottas (flaky bread minced and cooked with chicken, a street side favorite in India), Yakhnees (marinated dried meat) and many more to challenge the brave souls
