It is a motel. The room will be fine. Sleep well and drive away. Nothing is around, but it is obvious from the map.

I know they're cheap, but they charge hidden fees with your booking. My room cost $60/night, and a later $12 fee for booking through a third-party (Expedia.) Avoid Oyo (and Expedia, for that matter.)
