As a mother of two, I was well aware of how difficult it was to get back in shape after having children. Not only did I get stronger after having children but I also gained the necessary energy to keep up with them on a day to day basis as well as managed to take care of all other business. I want to help other women (and men) feel good and look good from the inside out.
