HistoryOpening its doors in 1990 after acquiring a local firm real estate firm on Park Road named Tobin and Lyon Realty, Inc. The Charlotte Chamber recognized the continual growth of the university along with expansion of the city's infrastructure, new businesses flocked toward University City. The company was renamed Century 21 At The University to match its new location. The first location was at University Executive Park. In 2005, Ryan Hollins took over management of the firm and became the broker-in-charge and has remained in that position to date.. In October of 2008 the firm acquired it's own piece of real estate and moved to 9010 Glenwater Drive, located on the corner of J.W. Clay Blvd and Doug Mayes Place, just walking distance from the new park & ride light rail owning in 2017.
