History
As a football player, I have always been in love with fitness. People would ask me how I got my physique and if I could help them. I found that I liked helping others even more. So I started training in larger gyms. I didn't like how they treated their customers so I decided to start my own business.
Specialties
I work with clients to create customized workout plans for them to help achieve their fitness goals. I guide clients in weight loss, muscle building/toning, strength training, provide physical and mental guidance and monitor client's progress on a regular basis. I also offer meal plans. I train at Fitness NC and I also travel.
