History
We started as Breeden's Taekwondo in the 1970's in Mount Olive and Goldsboro NC. Grandmaster Fred Breeden eventually passed the school on to his protege Grandmaster Lyndon Johnson who continues to operate the school in Mount Olive teaching group classes to all ages and also teaching private classes at this Goldsboro NC location.

Private 1:1 martial arts and CQC/Tatical/Self-Defense classes. Unarmed Combatives, Knife/Counter-Knife Combatives, Gun/Counter-Gun Combatives, Taekwondo, Hapkido-Jujitsu, Kempo, FCS Kali, Kali-Silat, Modern Arnis.
