Lisa has not been the manager since 2020-1. The Highlife Smokes chain was founded in 2010 and this location didn't open until sometime after 2016. I prefer this location over the University...

I purchased a novo 3 vape which did not work at all. I went to my car, tried it (without leaving parking lot), brought it back in for return, and was told no refund or exchange was available...

Terrible customer service. I bought a cigar that was so old and dry it was unable to be smoked. The store refused to give an exchange or a refund. I will never go back!
