Marsha wanted to create a center that was focused on health and wellness. Spas are great but that is not what Hampstead Massage is about. We want our clients to feel their best, so we make it affordable to come see us.

Hampstead Massage and Wellness is a lifespan healing arts center. We cater to people of all ages. We offer many massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, heated bamboo, Reiki, prenatal, infant, and more. Our massage appointments start at 30 minutes and goes up to 120 minutes.
