Specialties
What's on Your Table? Ever wonder where your food comes from? At the Greensboro Farmers' Curb Market, you can buy fresh, buy local and meet the farmers who actually grow the food right here in our own community. Why is this important? Locally grown produce was probably picked within the last day or two. It hasn't had to travel hundreds of miles to find its way to your table, so it retains its nutrients and flavor. Buying locally grown food supports local farmers and the local economy. Buying locally grown food helps preserve the agricultural landscape by helping keep local farms financially viable. Buying locally grown food ensures that farms will continue to operate in the local community.
