History
Grass to Greens was founded in 2010 and its principals, Joe Dofflemyer and Randal Pfleger, bring over 30 years of edible landscaping experience. Joe is a Grass to Greens Project Director and the liason between Grass to Greens and Asheville Green Opportunities. Randal joined Grass to Greens in 2011 and is the Program Director. Grass to Greens is a program of Bountiful Cities Project and provides job training for current team members and graduates of the Asheville Green Opportunities Training Team.
