I had to drill a couple of holes to insert bolts to anchor the webbing coupling.

Here is how I anchored both the webbing, and plastic headband.

Poor quality anchor snapped and failed to hold the webbing to the interior face of helmet.

My field repair to force the swivel to stay in place. Not pretty, but it works.

Defective swivel does not hold the ear protector to the helmet.
