I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in strengths-based individual and family therapy. I have experience treating children and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings facing a wide range of diagnoses and difficulties including anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), grief and loss, parenting struggles, and life transitions. My therapeutic orientation includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, and structural family therapy. I provide a space for clients to develop helpful coping skills in a non-judgmental environment. I enjoy serving a diverse range of clients and family systems, and am interested in exploring how clients’ spirituality can serve as a support during times of difficulty.
