Wow its been very painful just to get them to answer the phone, return a call from there website or be responsive at all. I have called at least 4 times, waited over 10 minutes each time. Ouch!

One star to grab attention. Service and Docs, fine. Be forwarded, A thumb brace provided at $98 I later learned is available at Walmart for $29. Now THAT'S a markup! The brand is MedSpec.
