Dr. Reagan Parrish is a North Carolina native. She was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC and spent many of her summers enjoying the Crystal Coast. She joined Carteret Foot and Ankle Specialists in August 2010 after completing a two-year surgical residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Parrish received her dual undergraduate degrees in Biological and Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2004, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She earned her
