Our Mission: We've Got Your Back CFOIB offers a unique school of fitness for all walks of life; age, sex, nationality, race, creed, or political beliefs. No matter if you are young, old, new, big, small, tall, skilled, or inexperienced; we've got your back. We pull from multiple training philosophies, bringing out the best from each in order to deliver a one of a kind program. The purpose of our training is to provide the greatest, healthiest, and most efficient results possible. However, our training provides much more than speed, endurance, strength, muscle growth, and fat loss. We are more than just cool equipment and a workout.
Specialties
We are a Group Strength & Conditioning Program following the principles of CrossFit: Functional movements, intensity, and variance. You will train in a positive and encouraging environment and work with a CrossFit certified coach each day. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit OIB there are no ego's, no room for bad attitudes. Those type of people just don't last here. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletes....we are CrossFit OIB.
