Furniture looks good but very hard and uncomfortable. Others have said it was okay to them but I ended up ordering another chair from another store just so I have something comfortable to sit on.

Horrible. I bought a craftmaster couch in 2019. 1 month after I owned it the the arm face popped out. I just put a staple in it. 2 months the fabric is pilling so bad looks like I own a cat....

I waited 5 1/2 months for this poorly sewn sofa. The side pillows are two different sizes. The seat cushions are comfortable, but they too, are sewn poorly. I am sorely disappointed.
