We want you to feel comfortable and know exactly what to expect at every step. When you arrive for the first time, as with any doctor s office, there is some paperwork to get out of the way.Once your file is started, you will meet with a financial counselor, who will consider your unique situation (Health insurance, workman s comp, auto accident, medicare, no insurance, etc.) and advise you of your personal financial contribution BEFORE any expenses are incurred.Next you will meet with a health clinician who will go over your health history and give you an explanation of chiropractic, what to expect, and how it may help your condition. Then you will receive a no charge preliminary examination from one of our doctors. This examination will determine if we feel we can help you. If so, we will advise you of what may be required and what you can expect. If it looks as though yours is not a chiropractic condition, we will guide you as to where you should go or what else you should consider. If indicated, we will continue to the orthopedic/neurological exam and possibly x-rays using the latest in high-definition DR technology.Once the x-rays are completed, the doctor will analyze the films and report his findings and expectations to you in a written report. The treating doctor will slowly explain everything he is doing and why. Additional therapies, such as intersegmental traction, may also be provided, if indicated. That s it! Now simply check out and make an appointment for your next treatment day. No need to pick a time, simply drop in anytime Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. or on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Your good health and convenience is our first concern. Our focus is on RESULTS and making you healthy and happy.
