Each class is 90 minutes in length and includes strengthening, stretching, core exercise, functional training and boxing specific exercises. Classes also include Parkinson's specific activities including voice activation, deep breathing, and dual task training. These classes are appropriate for people with all stages of Parkinson's. Classes are led by Dr. Laura Beck, PT, DPT, NCS, Physical Therapist and Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist.
